If you are not satisfied with your first pair for any reason, The Perfect Underwear will provide a full refund within a hundred (100) calendar days of purchase. All shipping costs, duties/import taxes and any other associated fees such as exchange and transaction fees, on the original purchase, including fees incurred for returns, are non-refundable.

If you have purchased multiple pairs, we would recommend you to try one pair first before opening the remaining packages. If you find that the first pair doesn't fit, or you are not happy with it, you may return the other unused pairs for a full refund within 100 calendar days from purchase. After 100 calendar days from the purchase, this policy no longer applies.

The Money Back Guarantee does not apply to products purchased in price promotions or when the customer has ordered a wrong product, provided a wrong address, or when the parcel is lost in transits. Defective/damaged products as a result of external factors, e.g. due to incorrect handling by the customer, are not covered by this return policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original unopened packaging. The returned product(s) must arrive at our office within 90 days of completing a refund request, the costumer will be responsible for the shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed with a transfer to the credit card or PayPal account used on the product purchase.

We reserve the right to unilaterally amend, suspend, or terminate this policy, or, in the event of policy abuse, exclude customers from its application.
