Our Money-back Guarantee applies to the any THE PERFECT UNDERWEAR product purchased directly from theperfectunderwear.com. Proof of purchase is required. If you are not satisfied with your first pair for any reason, THE PERFECT UNDERWEAR will provide a full refund within a hundred (100) calendar days of purchase. All shipping costs, duties/import taxes and any other associated fees such as exchange and transaction fees, on the original purchase, including fees incurred for returns, are non-refundable. 

In case you have purchase multi pairs in the first order, please try one pair before opening the remaining pairs. If you find the first pair doesn't fit, or you don't like it, you may return the rest unused pairs to get your full refund within 100 calendar days from purchase. After 100 calendar days from purchase, this policy no longer applies.

Unless prohibited by applicable law, the Money back Guarantee does not apply to products purchased in the promotion price or the customer has order a wrong size/color or Customer give a wrong information/address or the parcel lost in transits. Unless the pair(s) you have received is a defective/damaged as a result of external factors, e.g. due to bad handling by the customer, is not covered by this return policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and the return the product(s) must arrive at our office within 90 days of completing refund request and the costumer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the unused item(s). 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit applied to your credit card or a refund issued via your original method of payment.

We reserve the right to unilaterally amend, suspend, or terminate this policy, or, in the event of policy abuse, exclude customers from its application.
