What can I do if I add a wrong address information?

Unfortunately, if your order have already ship, please understand that as a seller, we can only ship to the address that is provided to our system.
You may want to reach out to the carrier regarding your shipping address to see if they can assist you. If you are unable to get the package from the address, we are happy to recreate your order.

Where is the underwear ship from?
Every order ship from Bangkok, Thailand.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. And it's for free.
How long will it take to get my order?
Normally Overseas deliveries take anywhere from 4-6 weeks for the standard FREE shipment. If you paid USD 9.95 for the express shipment will take 3-5 days.
When do you ship my order?
We ship every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Can I track my order?
For standard shipment we do not provide a tracking number. If you would like to follow your parcel please contact us at admin@theperfectunderwear.com *Make sure you write your order number and your name, it will be easy for us to follow up your order.
For express shipment, you will receive an email of your tracking number and link to follow up after your order have been shipped.

Which payment options do I have?
We have made it easy and safe for you to shop, and you can pay with most of the major cards or by using PayPal.
*We suggest you to pay by Paypal which it is a very easy way and super convenient and you *do not need to have an account.

Where can I apply a discount code?
Shopping by phone device, the discount code box is small. You might not have seen it. It is a green button 'Got a discount code' On the left before information fill up box. Please follow this step.

Why the discount code is not working?
Please read the condition of the discount code promotion carefully, the discount code need to match with the condition.
Can I cancel my order?
You may contact customer service immediately at admin@theperfectunderwear.com, or within 24 hours after your purchase. If you parcel have already ship, we cannot cancel or make any change for you. The fastest way to cancel your order is Facebook messenger. You can click the button 'Message Us' on the right bottom corner of our website.

Can I return my product?
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly at admin@theperfectunderwear.com and we’ll take you through the process or read more about our return policy.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 100-day return policy. Please note that we do not refund or exchange used underwear, we are sure you understand why.

Where is the underwear made from?
Our underwear made in China. The same manufacturing where many high-end underwear brands are made. We can guarantee with our premium fabric and design of our underwear.
Do your products shrink in size?
To our knowledge, our underwear do not shrink.
When will you release clothing for women?
Women's underwear is currently on the drawing board, and we hope to have a release date soon.
Why is the waistband roll over?
The Perfect Underwear waistband is a softer, thinner, and comfortable than others. If you pursue very high resilience, the quality and hand feel will be completed differently. That is why we developed the new waistband for reference. Then you are able to know what you want if you have something to compare it to.
